Constituent Relationship Management (CRM)
A CRM is a software program that automates and keeps track of a high volume of personalized interactions. The campus standard for CRM is currently SalesForce. The implementation of SalesForce is currently focussed on Admissions. Once that implementation is complete other units will be added to system access.
