Information Technology Help Desk

The IT Help Desk has a central location on campus where you can stop by in person, call, or email for assistance with all your technology needs. The Help Desk provides computer support for all university-owned computers, as well as consulting services for technology on campus. In addition to helping you reset forgotten passwords and unlock accounts, the Help Desk can enter service requests for more complex problem resolution.

Valid NetID, UWO TitanCard, or UW Oshkosh affiliation

Stop by, call (920) 424-3020, or email (helpdesk@uwosh.edu) the IT Help Desk in Dempsey Hall Room 207 between the hours of 7:45am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
